One of the rushed fixes was to slap a “DispatchQueue.main.async” to invoke a npub1tdrdefl60djqhglq9uddkfr4dj37w4nhvftg9kxtlvsjmktkktmqzfs4p0 (npub1tdr…s4p0) method from the URLSession.didFinishDownloadingTo - but this method deletes the file upon return, so my file was gone by the time the method was called. But took a week to catch the regression.
