It's fair to miss it, though. Like Masto and Pleroma, instances are allowed to hide who they block, so you might have not found it until now. Plus, it's not as reliable as Masto and Pleroma blocklists. It only seems to show the blocked instances that have communicated with an instance before, rather than instances an admin has blocked in general.
