#OTD 17 January 1911 Clifford Everett Ramsey was born in Oklahoma to Charles E Ramsey and Deora Maud Maddox. He was the eldest and only surviving child of the marriage. My grandmother related that when her family visited Oklahoma in 1916, Clifford tormented her. She was about a year older than her least-favorite cousin. Clifford moved to Texas with his mother and went to work in his step-father's construction business. He married twice and had a child in each marriage.
