Seems like that is the more reasonable approach, but possibly not suited for all. May be a daily or none at all type of thing for me, leaning towards the latter right now. I did miss being caffeinated during workouts a bit, but not all that bad without really.
I’ve read some writings suggesting moderate caffeine intake does help protect against cognitive decline with age, along with some other benefits. Not sure how sound that is though, and who’s potentially funding those articles.
For a little more than a week now I haven’t had anything with caffeine in it at all, not black tea, energy drinks, foods, etc.
I think I will keep going now that I’ve got some skin in the game by clearing the headache period, at least until an apt moment of indulgence arises.
