This seems late to the party. It’s rare that I take out a laptop to get some work done and the location doesn’t already have WiFi. If you’re in the middle of the woods it quick and easy to connect to your phone’s hotspot. Paying for another cellular connection doest seem worth the slight convenience of already being connected.
