I truly believe possessions can enslave you. Sometimes less is more. The minimalist lifestyle has its perks.
Having three vehicles (sedan, SUV and a motorcycle) can be a pain, I think having various sport cars would be a greater headache.
I decided to get wealthy in 2021 to take care of those close to me. To be able to get them anything, including buying back their time.
I often have to remind myself how rich I am to live in a country free from domestic and foreign conflict. To have access to clean water. To have so much wealth that I get to pursue altruistic activities.
I'm glad my ambitions have grown larger though I have kept my stoic values and remind myself that all our efforts will be reduced to ashes. Despite, gaining riches and acquiring possessions, I merely look at everything as rented.
I think goals are great as they keep the mind switched on, though, asides from that we're just a speck in the universe. Be kind to yourself, truly find something you are grateful for as you never know whtlat you have until it's gone.
So live life.
