Computer starts slowing down, and everything stops working
Can't close windows, can't open them, can't do anything, not even Ctrl + Alt + Del works
If you try opening the task manager it just doesn't and the button freezes in place
I managed to get a glimpse before it crashed yesterday and the GPU usage went up to 100%
