It’s funny how we both wonder why we married our exes, and why we stayed with them for so long, especially given how they absolutely destroyed our #mentalhealth through #abuse and #coercivecontrol. I think the whole marriage concept is broken. Schools could do a better job of teaching kids how to choose a non-toxic partner, and how to not be one. Literally no-one addressed that topic with me. In the meantime we’re merrily planning our wedding 🤣
