"don't do" lists are very powerful. For ex. if your resolution is more focus "new me undivided focus" needs to be paired with "new me doesn't let himself get distracted by social media".
Why? Your mind will always look for a couple examples and jump to conclusions. While both can be through in a given day - you had undivided focus for 1h, but then was lost for 2h scrolling
