But Congress breaks the law ... every moment of every day. They ignore the Constitution by finding ways around everything.

So with stock trading, they may not trade themselves ...

But their mother-in-law's sister will do the trading for them.

Or something slick like that.

Politicians shouldn't be so intimately connected to corporations. It's how they get rich, with stock trading being one of the various ways.
