I'm not sure, to be honest. I've had many late hours to think about it. She's a Pyr x Border Collie so she knows everything and won't be convinced otherwise. 😅

In our area the cause is usually a branch on the power line so there's some flickering / beeping of things for a few seconds before the battery kicks on, but most of the noisy appliances (heat, pellet stove, fridge) run off of the battery so it sound pretty close to normal. She's a mystery!
