I agree with your preference for a small local 'government'.
And I always found it hard to believe a central big Government would give away their printing money power.
Game theory says just one will have to start, that was El Salvador, but that will be the small ones first.
A US, Russia whatever big country going for Bitcoin as money / reserve would more or less be instant chaos in my mind ?
