But those 4 segments assemble to a size that could EASILY fit on most print beds, so why on earth did the maker not ship an STL for the whole leg assembly to cut down on unecessary gluing?

Additionally, the gutters on the stock board are practically useless, because they just open up at the bottom, so the marbles are still just flying around, and if they go off the edge, then the gutters don't help at all.

There are alternate designs which ameliorate these issues, but I didn't realize how necessary those fixes were until I already printed a board, and now I'm not in a huge hurry to go through all the filament and hassle of building another one.

Ultimately the board itself is the most half-baked part of the game. A pain to assemble, not designed in such a way as to be easy to print, and lacking a lot of functionality that seems to me like a no-brainer.
