Well..up and running at a little after 6 today and I'm still feeling a little worn out..or old..which I am so I guess that's to be expected...I'm going to shock everybody by taking the day off the bike today....I just need a break and today seems to be the perfect day to do it...Man U plays at 10 and I have tons of prep work to do for the big turkey meal I'm making...the dry brine has left what looks like a glaze on the skin of the turkey and I am really excited to cook it...good morning!
