Torba is doing a crowdfunded and credit based version of a dot com bubble cash burning scam. It's a profitless doomed company with no viable business model, but as long as people keep handing him far more cash than his 'product' brings in he can pay himself and his worthless relations fat salaries to keep the grift front up and running, along with a few admin and coder types to handle the technical side.
