So I ask. If you can get the coins to a cold wallet at some point, does it matter?
Yes, they can track you buying #Bitcoin and then know a little about how much you have in cold storage - but they can't freeze it or get to it.
Of course, I agree with the idea there should be NO KYC. It's just a control mechanism.
