My local scrub jay has been going berserk today, all around the house, front/back/side. Not sure what the dealio is, a crow or squirrel squabble?

Possibly related, yesterday I was driving through Sellwood-Moreland and came across a squirrel-crow scenario in the road. I was already going super slow, looking for something on a narrow residential street, so it was no trouble to stop a ways back and watch the interaction.
