Seeing the dinosaur skeletons at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History affected me more than I expected. Like, I knew that dinosaurs once walked the Earth, but having a huge skeleton towering over me and imagining those creatures all over the place while contemplating why they're gone and what we're doing to the planet right now drove me to tears.
