#WordWeavers 2411.11 — What emotions did your character experience in the last scene you wrote?

The 11th coincides with a tough scene. Streak Carryaton experiences;

Fear: The lost lunar colony of humans in a first contact situations tried to the woman he loves (Thorn Rose).
Worry: Thorn killed an alien in self-defense, except without witnesses. The aliens might interpret it that she murdered one of them.
Confusion: Someone is pregnant; it isn't Thorn.
Love: He's hugging and holding Thorn, who is badly distressed and it tears him up. It allows him to speak quietly and firmly, calming her down so she can think of solutions again—instead of retribution.
Annoyance: The main series antagonist has Thorn so wound up about consequences, Thorn will likely overreact, which could make the situation worse.
