It started being a problem around '94, but I didn't really figure it wheat was the cause until 2012. Testing out many imported wheats showed a drastic difference in digestion ability.

However, the importation method is not perfect lately, with gut inflamation returning. I assume it'd due to the EU allowing GMO wheat to be grown in '23.

The only reliable solution is what you're doing it seems. Kinda $$$ tho.
