Between climate change, anti-LGBTQIA legislation, and voter suppression, many people are fleeing other parts of the country and trying to come to "safe" cities like Seattle. But if there are no consequences for violent white supremacists here, where are we safe? Where can Black & queer people go if we are attacked in a "safe" city when we simply protest racist, transphobic laws?
