It may be good to know that gas contracts are governed by 'gas days'. And a gas day typically starts at 6 in the morning somehow. It is left as an exercise for the reader to figure out *which* 6AM that is. It is not always or even generally UTC. But in other words, this graph might only show change in the morning:
