We can quibble about whether things are "tweaks" or more drastic sorts of changes, but the problem I see is that you have not called for the elimination of Capital, nor of states and the rule of law. So the more drastic the changes you propose, the less likely they are to be enacted by the power that rules the world: Capital.
As long as the concept of Capital exists and as long as states and the rule of law exist, you're working with means that I do not recognize as justified.
