The CBZ is the "real" one, the original, the from-my-scanner-to-your-heart actual that was uploaded. The JP2 is for the online browser, as is the .PDF for easy quick downloading for people, both automatically generated by the Internet Archive system.
People are always welcome to yank down those .CBZ raws I'll be producing and making curated, superior versions. But these are 400-900 page monsters, and I'm doing 200 of them.
