Except for the private message feature, but I'd strongly suggest to treat this as a play thing for now.
Privacy on the internet is not a trivial thing, it depends very much on an individual's threat model how far (and inconvenient) you want to take it.
Even Tor is far from perfect, de-anonymization attacks are merely a question of resources.
Mixnets try to mitigate this, but no-one uses them, so...
