Question for the cooks and gardeners out there: I buy my plantstuff from the weekly street market, and I’m trying to eat a decent variety, but I live alone and it’s very hard to buy small quantities, because the vendors resist you. 2 apples, sure, but 200 g of spinach? Nah.
Things go bad, especially things like leafy greens, which I love and have missed, living abroad.
Any advice about preparation and storage? Should I batch-cook and freeze? Try to store in some other way?
