When I was first learning woodworking it was in the mid 90’s. There were only a few tv shows on that taught woodworking.
The New Yankee Workshop was one of them. I learned so much from Norm Abrams on that show.
The second show was one of the most campy shows that I have ever seen. It was called Furniture on the Mend and later Furniture To Go, they were on TLC.
However, it taught me some of the most high level finishing and furniture restoration techniques.
