Yes! You can *add* pubkeys!
You create a secret key, S1, give miner the pubkey P1 (= GxS1). Miner generates a secret key S2, calculates P2 (= GxS2) and pubkey P1 + P2. If it's good, gives you S2, you sum that with S1 to get your secret key S1+S1.
