I put out a message on NextDoor that I was looking for garden help and like 6 people replied, mostly men mostly businesses. But 2 women also replied, non-professional gardeners, and I just called one and she’s gonna come take a look tomorrow.
This process is more fraught than it should be.
It's is probably why most people do their own gardening, to avoid asking for help from total strangers.
