"content": "The conclusion in the book The Molecule of More is that construction workers, for example, are the happiest because their work combines a vision to make something (dopamine/future) with involvement (presence/serotonin) in the process. The dopamine shuts down properly because it is very clear it has achieved what it was put to work for. It's a very good book, which I highly recommend.",
