I used to be the kind of person who would occasionally spend hours and hours making dinner, but I have gotten quite lazy in the kitchen, and bored of my cooking. For three hours, I've been working on a tart with a layer of duxelles, a layer of truffley (vegetarian) chicken and asparagus, and a layer of saffron béchamel. I JUST WANT TO FEEL SOMETHING #cooking
