As a janitor, my job was actually one of the easiest and most drama-free positions possible. Very low-stress, other than my immediate supervisor barking down my neck about punching in exactly on-time so I wasn’t “stealing any overtime from the company.” 🙄
But I had to clean every room of every resident in my wing, plus a few common rooms like the cafeteria & bathing facilities where the aforementioned CNAs hosed down residents who couldn’t bathe themselves.
I got a front row seat to the drama.
