A couple weeks in to having my Matrix homeserver bridged to IRC, Discord, Slack, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and already it is having wonderful effects.

I struggle mightily with monitoring all the walled gardens.

Being able to communicate with folks all from one interface has meant participating in conversations I have been missing, and reconnecting with folks I haven't spoken with in a while.
