It's what's behind the decision of making it a default that bothers me a bit. It could have easily been `--with-kamal`
That and re-inventing another declarative yml that could have been docker compose.
But I understand. Rails always had a personality cult around DHH, and his opinionated "I'm doing this for myself" was always there.
