I'm thinking it's in my best interest to seek further employment. This place hasn't changed a single bit except for who's in charge. Which don't get me wrong great guy just...idk this shit drives me crazy waiting for work because no one communicates between first and second shift, let alone between first shift guys. We are constantly robbing Peter to Paul Paul, then freaking out when half of Peter's orders missing .... Just don't get it
