Nostrudel shows some dead ones as well. But they are normally sorted by announcement date so latest announced is on top on most clients. I think you not seeing them on amethyst has to do with not finding their announcement events. Dvms use outbox but your client needs to find their inbox announcement in order to communicate and their nip89 announced in order to see them
