Rebuilding a ghost town sounds like an interesting project, if you could get enough people with the right skills together it could be pretty great imo. You'd still have no sovereignty though right?
Total pedo death is a requirement, if we can't mount their skulls on spikes as a warning to other child defilers then what's the point? I never understood why parents get a free pass on their obvious failings, whether it's traffic or animals or anything else within reason. It's their responsibility, if anything they should be paying for the damages and cleaning of vehicles that they let their spawn an hero against.
