If you are prone to depression, here are some things you can do to make yourself better:
1. A walk in the fresh air, ideally in nature
2. Exercise of any kind - along with walking, the strongest antidepressant in the world
3. Avoid being indoors for long periods of time
4. If you watch TV, watch only comedies and/or inspirational documentaries, never mainstream news
5. Read personal development books, inspirational autobiographies, and health improvement books
6. Minimize time spent on social networks
7. Drink quality coffee (2-3 a day), if it does not cause unwanted side effects
8. Move away from people who drain you energetically, no matter how attached you are to them
9. Make yourself aware every day of what you have and take for granted, such as your health, for example
10. Be grateful every day for the fact that you are alive, have a roof over your head, have something to eat and drink, are not afraid for your life, and that every day you have countless possibilities and ways to improve your quality of life.
