It's now impossible to have a UK General Election on 2-May with the Mayor and Council elections. So it looks like being October on a date that will make Uni Student votes difficult due to registration problems at the start of term.
The Council, Mayor (2-May) and General Elections (Oct) this year are really important. Tell your family, friends, colleagues to get registered, get Voter ID, apply for proxy or postal vote if necessary. Help them do this.
