Between 2015 and 2016 I almost lost my liver and my right kidney because of sunflower oil. I recovered 100% of my liver and 70% of my kidney and today I am doing well after eliminating seed oils and replacing them with pork fat, butter and extra virgin coconut oil.
In portuguese: Entre 2015 e 2016 quase perdi meu fígado e meu rim direito por causa de óleo de girassol. Me recuperei 100% do fígado e 70% do rim e hj passo bem depois de abolir os óleos de sementes e substituí-los por gordura de porco, manteiga e óleo de coco extra virgem.
