#OTD 13 September 1768 Per (Peter) was born to Per Nilsson and Stina Östensdotter in Hännas parish, at that time in Kalmar county. Peter Persson, later Fröling, was a challenge because at some point his birthdate in the church records changed to 6 September. Fortunately his probate led to records that revealed the origins of my 4th-great-grandfather. He and his 4 wives had 14 children, with 6 having living descendants today.
