crowdsourcing updates could be a good idea if no-one vandalises the page. I see also EskomSePush app now also has localised alerts per electricity area for water and other outages. Problem is we all go to different places so no "one" place everyone consults/updates. We got organised for power outages so maybe it is time for a similar water outage app....
