I agree. I only say there should be a rule because there are so many infiltrators now . Soros and the Democrats are legitimately sending out , bribing , paying POS ignorant Marxist to pretend like they're fleeing blue states. When they get set up in a new state they commence to patrol the area and councils in these towns a work a plan to take it over. They are also using migrants where possible.
