Shame that the plan is to destroy the building. Would make a really cool assisted living center or maybe homeless/rehab/migrant housing. But that would require zoning changes, and lots of code upgrades.

And because it's built for people who aren't going through drug detox it probably wouldn't last more than a few years before being trashed.
