The attitude this thread discusses isn't exactly practical, and requires constant institutional support from above to maintain. We're talking about something way worse than mere division of labor and trusting people to do their job, we're talking about actively avoiding the matter at hand and denying evidence right in front of their eyes thanks specifically to brainwashing.
