Weightlifting, running, and cycling have caused me no injuries. In fact, I think they've prevented some injuries from happening.
What has caused me injuries is badminton. That sport has caused me sprains, muscle pulls, and leg cramps.
Why do I continue to play badminton? Because that's my wife's favourite sport. She's a badminton coach, works at a badminton supplier, and was once played at the Canada Open.
Badminton is one way we bond as a couple.
