*heavy sigh* The difference between this, if it happened and Ross is that SBF committed willful fraud in the legacy financial system, while Ross was trying to help people bypass it.
That said, from a legal point of view, I believe a lot of the same arguments for a pardon would apply.
I for one hope this does not happen.
