It is still not out for delivery and it's obviously not going to make it here by noon. I'm not sure FedEx employs actual humans to answer phones, all the "virtual" attempts at contacting them just testing in me being told I have to sign for the delivery. Which I would. If they ever put the package on a truck and delivered it. Sigh.
