Okay serious topic I need advice on.
I have a friend that isn't a para and isn't on here.
They struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts.
A part of that is because they have bad urges, and thoughts about grooming.
I told them I could try and find help or advice for them. I care about them deeply and hate seeing them suffer.
Does anyone here struggle with thoughts like grooming? How do you manage them in a healthy way? How do you find safe and harmless ways to release those urges?
