I believe making a clear difference between the biological sex spectrum and gender as a concept and identity, is really important in order to normalise that anyone can be any gender, it's up to them, while biology remains scientific facts.
For example, I am non-binary and female-intersex (PCOS).
There shouldn't be anything wrong about being female men or male women and any sex and non-binary and so on. I think it would also help clarity with non trans folks too.
